The Huntington Project
This project is due to start in 2009 with the release of the 1911 Census.
The object is to list every Huntington/Huntingdon or variant and then to work back, census by census building a comprehensive one name tree.
As a first step the data from the 1901 census is being compiled into a tree format, the 1911 information will be added, then gradually previous census data back to 1851 and 1841.
The project will take a number of years to complete, but the first stage should appear later this year.
